The world is changing faster than ever, likewise, the evaluation world is also changing. Newest evaluation trends, techniques, tools, and methodologies have been introduced and practiced. Exploring new ways of conducting and delivering evaluations, with new tools and new technologies, is increasingly getting recognized as being crucial to contribute to the EvalAgenda 2020 and to meet the promise of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Finding your place in the evolving world of evaluation is important for young and experienced evaluators. It is important to recognize that young and emerging evaluators (YEEs) can contribute to the EvalAgenda 2020, and therefore, it is vital to invest in YEEs for economic, ethical, and professional reasons. This is why it is very important that YEEs learn about the newest evaluation trends and tools.
EvalYouth is organizing it’s 4th innovative, dynamic, and thought-provoking virtual conference to help young and emerging evaluators build their evaluation skills and learn new methods for conducting evaluation. The conference will provide an opportunity for the participants to learn evaluation design and planning, important tips for conducting evaluation, evaluation results analysis, creativity in evaluation, communicating the evaluation results and evaluating the SDGs.
There are two intended audiences: YEEs and experienced evaluators. They will benefit from attending this conference in the following ways:
- Understand the world of evaluation and different stakeholders.
- Learn the trends and methods for conducting evaluation.
- Learn about evaluation approaches to promote social justice and change, as well as youth participation
This conference is free. Registration is required.
The conference will be in English, but there will be a real-time translation in Spanish, Russian and French.
